Short and mid-term borrowing is extraordinarily expensive, often in excess of 25% annually even for quality Small Medium Enterprise (SME) entrepreneurs. Unlike in other parts of the world, there are no options to lease this vehicle equipment.

The Solution:

We partner with the largest transportation & logistics companies in the country, take on the full cost of acquiring the equipment "vehicles", while they provide all associated business operations. All profits (total revenue less costs) made from the operation of the vehicle by logistics firm shall be shared between us "the supplier" and the firm based on a percentage ratio.

Rate Of Return
Up to 35% per annum.
Distribution Of Profits
Until such time as the partners have received distributions equal to 100% to their Capital Contribution. Thereafter, distributions shall be made 80% to the partners on a pro rata basis and 20% to the "General Partner -Africa Development Capital Inc".
